PSPTS generates a postscript plot of x-y points.

The sources for PSPTS are pspts.f and pslib.f.

The input plot file format for each point consists
of an integer flag (0-6) indicating the desired plot
symbol followed by the x and y coordinates of the point.
Each point must be on one or more seperate records (line),
i.e., data for two points cannot be on one line.
